Main Responsibilities:

  • Holistic view of the IceWarp Partner Community around the world
  • Deep understanding of the partner capabilities within the key players
  • Drive retention and upsale growth among key IceWarp partners to delight customers.
  • Creation and implementation new go-to-market partners plans 
  • Recruitment of additional partners in your region
  • Partner and work closely with IceWarp architects and solution specialist to ensure partners deliver quality results 
  • Create partner development program and executes single or joined training session
  • Maintain great cadence of communicating with TOP IceWarp Partners 
  • Develop a followup strategy for the leads assigned to the partners
  • Creates and maintain customer Partner Business Plan and demonstrate the organization understanding
  • Identify opportunities for Partner to act as his advocates or voice of the Channel
  • Certification of the partner teams and monitoring the performance of certified partners
  • NPS, CEF, CS and other scoring of the channel
  • Arrange resources across the IceWarp  as needed to support partners needs
  • Provides partner consumption and usage tracking and trending insights

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English or any other major language is the must
  • Highly organized and structured
  • CRM experienced
  • 3+ years in a Partner or Channel Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel 
  • Above exceptional communication skills, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Great experience in building and maintaining long relationships to drive engagement
  • Evidence of consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • Software, cloud, SaaS or ICT technical acumen and Business Acumen is advantage
  • Sales experience in an internationally technology company is advantage
  • Location preference is Prague
